•  We firmly believe it would be inappropriate to request a percentage of your project cost or any form of commission, as we do not assume the operational expenses associated with your business. 

• Similarly, charging based on the number of line items in an estimate would create an inequitable structure, potentially disadvantaging both small and large enterprises. 

Therefore, in alignment with standard industry practices, we have adopted a pricing model based on surface area.
